Flare Creative is a young dynamic creative agency that delivers events, activations, and media production for some of the world's most prestigious luxury events.


We are known for pushing the boundaries with unique and innovative concepts that have turned heads across the globe and we are looking for a Junior Client Relationship Manager to help us deliver and execute projects for our extensive range of clients


As the Account Manager, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing, events or creative background, with an innate willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be familiar with boutique agency life, and not be afraid to pull up their sleeves when all hands are needed on deck. 


You are client focused and an outcome driven problem solver. An expert juggler, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with an outstanding attention to detail. You will have a strong work ethic and hold yourself to high professional and personal standards.  


This role is full-time based in our Sydney CBD office, walking distance from Wynyard train station, with the ability to work from home on occasion. 


Working in events, the role will require the ability to travel and work various hours during the execution of a project.




Working alongside the Group Account Manager you will be tasked with developing and growing relationships with existing clients and establishing connections with prospects. You will need to confidently manage and communicate deliverables, timelines, goals, and milestones to essential stakeholders and be responsible for the following areas:


  • Liaising and managing client relationships

  • Building and establishing new client relationships and prospects

  • Development of client-facing and internal documentation

  • Execution and management of client projects

  • Developing and improving internal processes 



You should have experience and/or qualifications in events/ marketing with skills in the following areas:

  • Project management and the ability to create & interpret budgets

  • Willingness to extend outside your comfort zone

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage a team, contractors & suppliers

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, Xero, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite 

  • Bonus points for an interest in copywriting, social media, or SEO.
